All our HospEquip branches offer you that extra reassurance of knowing we have technicians on call to assist you with equipment breakdowns or possibly help talk you through some troubleshooting options.

Our service technicians have comprehensive training in the diagnosis and repair or servicing of hospital and rehab equipment.

Some of our branches also offer you the option of choosing an ongoing service contract to cover preventative maintenance and therefore ensure equipment downtime is minimised. 

We keep stock of the most common spares required or can otherwise source them from local or our main suppliers as necessary.

In addition, we offer Asset Management to help you keep track of your equipment and their age and service record.

Standard Rates apply Weekdays between 8am - 5pm. 

Rates from 1st May 2024
Callout Fee – $150 (includes the first 30 minutes service)
Service Fee – $40 per each 15 minutes thereafter
